All candle and wax melt orders are handmade by us in our warehouse. When an order comes through to us, we make your products  and dispatch them in no more than 5 working days from receipt of payment. This results in fresh products for every order. Please allow up to 10 days for our handmade products during busy periods. Please notify us if you need an order urgently and we will quote you a delivery date.

 

All postage orders are sent Second Class Signed For with Royal Mail. We keep proof of postage for all Colliery Candle Company dispatches. Shipping will not take place on bank holidays, public holidays or weekends.

If orders are placed at weekends, the first working day for processing your order will be a Monday. The only exception to this will be if you place an order during a weekend and Monday is a bank holiday, in which case, processing will begin on Tuesdays.
